Doctor Noscoe scores absolute maximum on two important criteria that when combined, give rise to a patient experience that is greater than the sum of those individual parts. Firstly, Doctor Noscoe was extremely knowledgeable of the side effects of the condition I was suffering from and was able to answer every question I asked. She also demonstrated a thorough understanding of the cause and action of the medical emergency I had been recently admitted to hospital for. Secondly, she showed a true and genuine empathy for the extreme discomfort I was now experiencing as a result of all that and how difficult and frustrating it had become for me in trying to get a resolution to the pain and suffering I was going through. Were that not enough, she speaks with great clarity in a way that is easy on the ear, easy to understand and leaves no doubt in the patient's mind that something positive is going to happen. Based on my one and only telephone consultation with her, I could not recommend Dr Noscoe highly enough to any patient wanting the highest level of expertise and care from a medical professional.
